I am in love with cooking.It is my hobby. When I hear of some delicious dishes to my friends, relatives, family I always try it. I like to feed people making new dishes and I also like to taste delicious foods .Chilli chicken is that recipe which I got from my beloved sister-in-law. Therefore, it is my wish to share the recipe with all the viewers of my blog.
Ingredients: Boneless chicken, vinegar, corn flour, salt,sugar, red chilli powder, egg, soya sauce,chilli sauce, tomato sauce,garlic, ginger paste.
Process: First we have to wash the pieces of boneless chicken very well.Next we have to add little quantity of vinegar to the chicken in order to make them soft. Then we should mix eggs, corn flour,salt, sugar, red chilli powder with the pieces of chicken and mix them very well.We have to make the mixture tight.Then my next step would be to fry the chicken deeply in refined oil until the colour of the chichen becomes brown.Then we should cut onions, capsicum into halves.Then in a pan we would add ginger paste and garlic paste to the oil and fry these vegetables with chicken adding an adequate quantity of salt and sugar. We should cook it very well.When the smell is good and it is cooked well,we should add soya, tomato and chilli sauce to it.After that we should boil water in a separate pan and add an adequate quantity of corn flour and mix well.After that we would add that water into that chicken in order to make gravy. we should always check the taste of salt and sugar. We should cook it for a little time and my dish is ready.
